► CONCEPTION OF AN AD
For a school project, we had to imagine a publicity for a product (a shampoo, soda or perfume) as well as a fruit. I wanted to do something mimimalist, luxurious and impactful. The product I chose is a perfume from Nina Ricci, and the fruit is a blueberry.
► MODELING
I modeled the bottle on Blender based on pictures I found, then worked on the textures to engrave the logo on the cap. I made a special material to get this blue gradient look inside the perfume through the glass. It was rendered on Cycles.
► FLUID SIMULATION x GEOMETRY NODES
I tried for the first time fluid simulation. The difficulty was to obtain a clear look at the perfume while recovering it with the liquid. It was also hard to get the fluid to look realistic and avoid a more plastic look.
The second challenge was to make an animation with the fruits. I wanted an explosion followed by a more contemplative scene. For this, I used geometry nodes and animated the explosion with a curve based on seconds.
